Queensland are still hopeful Dylan Napa can face New South Wales in game two of the State of Origin series despite confirming the prop has a broken bone in his wrist.
Napa suffered the injury during Canterbury Bulldogs' 38-12 loss to Sydney Roosters in the NRL on Sunday.
The 26-year-old underwent scans on Monday and is now in some doubt to feature in Sunday's game two in Perth.
"Dylan has a small break in one of his wrist bones and we're providing treatment to give him every chance to play," Maroons doctor Matt Hislop said in a statement.

Queensland can secure a series win over the Blues in Perth after claiming an 18-14 victory in the opener in Brisbane.
Napa's injury is just the latest setback for the Maroons, who were forced into two changes for game two.
Joe Ofahengaue (knee) and Jai Arrow (ankle) are sidelined, which saw Tim Glasby and Jarrod Wallace named in the squad.
