Red-hot Harden learning to cope with extra attention
James Harden admits he is learning to find ways to deliver despite being double-teamed on "nearly every possession" after he poured in another 32 points in the Houston Rockets' latest win.
Houston made it seven victories from their last eight games with a 125-113 success over the Denver Nuggets as reigning MVP Harden continued his red-hot form, contributing 14 assists for good measure.
Denver did their best to try and keep Harden quiet on Monday, with the 29-year-old only attempting one shot in the first quarter.
However, Harden would end up with his 10th game of at least 30 points and 10 assists this season, while team-mate Clint Capela scored a career-high 31 points.
"It feels like every single game I see a double team or two on the ball mostly every possession," Harden told reporters.
"So I've got to figure out ways to impact the game, figure out ways to not only score, but get guys involved.

"And PJ [Tucker], Clint, our bigs do an unbelievable job of getting the ball out of the pocket and either scoring or making the extra pass."
Harden's performance also drew praise from his head coach Mike D'Antoni, who was staggered at how effective he was with the shots he attempted.
"He still had a boatload of points, and they double-teamed him on every play, which is unbelievable," D'Antoni said.
"Plus, at half-time, I think he had 18 points on six shots. His efficiency is off the charts.
"Whatever they throw at him, he will find the best play. He'll also find a way to score. He'll find his way, but he'll get everybody involved."
